**Scope of Responsibility**

**Essential Job functions**

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Regularly review and develop policies and procedures to reflect changes and to keep abreast of current legislation
- Maintaining quality in all activity within the Caring Hearts Recruitment offices and on the field.
- Improve the systems used to assess the quality of our services, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that will support Caring Hearts Recruitment’s business objectives.
- Report and measure performance against the agreed indicators to guide and support staff to continuously improve
- Conducting and overseeing all administrative duties within the office particularly with junior staff members.
- Ensure efficient recording and reporting processes and procedures are in place to enable the effective management of all aspects of the business.
- Provide financial oversight of daily expenses communicating to Senior Management, ensuring projects are within agreed budgets.
- Develop effective working relationships with other employees
- Support the effective resolution of team conflicts
- Work to establish effective employer/employee relationships
- Lead the evaluation, orientation, and induction of all new employees
- Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
- Promote a positive image of the people and employees of the company
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Processing Payroll and Holidays / Annual Leave requests as requested by Senior Management
- Create job descriptions and job descriptions of all positions within the company
- Maintain a database of all open positions
- Maintain a strong work ethic amongst your team members to attract new team members
- Be a resource for HR issues for your team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Basic Qualifications and Job functional Requirements**:
**Education**
- Relevant work experience and on the job, training will also be considered
- An awareness and knowledge of the national policy agenda relating to community care and the regulation of care services.

**Skills**

Essential
- **Organisational skills**: Maintain staff files, ensuring all documents are obtained following company policy
- Formulate an annual planner of the various billing dates and dates of meetings
- Audit all administrative functions of the company’s quality assurance systems to ensure the service is fully compliant
- Able to work effectively under pressure whilst managing a varying workload.
- **Communication skills**: Participate in the maintenance of the company’s management information systems
- Excellent oral communicator with great presentation skills.
- Good business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ensure monthly invoices are sent timeously, recording the receipt of payments
- Systematically process the financial invoicing to the paying authority, when instructed to
- **Problem-solving skills**: Systematically solve day-to-day issues which arise

**Experience**
- Experience in social care/healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition is desirable
- Experience working in coordinator role within social care is desirable
- Developing and managing a concise filing system

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: Competitive but experience and qualifications will be considered

Work: Monday to Friday and some weekends on an on-call basis

Work Location: In-Person

**Salary**: £15,074.28-£39,137.17 per year
