**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner, answering inquiries and providing information about our services and offerings.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow.
- Take and relay accurate food and drink orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and service stations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and diplomatically, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing the point-of-sale system.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not essential. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- A team player with the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.27-£12.22 per hour
