**Short description**:
Person will contribute to achievement of the annual sales target for Hexagon Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) renewals and ensure uninterrupted access to technical support for Customers through monitoring SMA contracts expiry dates and taking ownership of all associated administrative processes to secure timely renewal at the correct price.

**Tasks in detail**:

- Monitor reports and notifications related to SMA renewals and take appropriate action to maximise client retention
- Provide SMA sales forecast to the sales team and management
- Negotiate price adjustments to SMA contracts
- Follow up proforma invoices to secure purchase orders for timely SMA renewal and raise credit note approval requests and check for re-invoice update where relevant
- Prepare monthly analysis of credits issued
- Accurately record and update Customer information and log all account activity within the company’s CRM system

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in contracts renewal administration
- Educated minimum to A-Level or equivalent standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Process and detail focused with strong organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and Customer centric attitude
