- Fabricate, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding systems according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure that scaffolding is properly erected and secured to provide a safe working platform.
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects and replace or repair as necessary.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fasten materials.
- Install safety netting and guardrails to prevent falls.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Previous experience as a scaffold builder or in a related construction role is preferred.
- Proficiency in fabricating, welding, painting, and assembling scaffolding systems.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry techniques, masonry work, roofing, plumbing, and other construction trades is beneficial.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in scaffold construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately assemble scaffolding systems.
