**Marketing Executive**

**Hours per week**:16 hours - Monday 3 hours, Tuesday, 4 hours, Wednesday 6 hours (1 hour lunch unpaid), Thursday 3 hours

**Location**:London (2 days in office Tuesday and Wednesday)

**Salary**:£14 - 16 per hour

**Reporting to**: Director & Founder

**Role**: Contracted

**Job Overview**

Your role highlights include managing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer & client acquisition, and funding growth. You will be asked to collaborate with teams and individuals to implement marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**
- Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and produce creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- **Asset Creation**:

- Generate icons, illustrations, and other design elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and usability of digital products.

**Strategic Planning**
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business and project goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

**Campaign Development**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Create compelling content and messaging to engage target audiences.
- Create campaigns for our clients

**Brand Management**
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing efforts.

**Digital Marketing**
- Create assets and content for posting and campaigns
- Analyse digital marketing metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.

**Budget Management**
- Obtain and manage marketing budgets dictated to by the finance department.

**Market Analysis**
- Capability to conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with other departments/ individuals to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Mentor allocated team members providing them with guidance and structure

**Public Relations**
- Oversee public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, growth and development areas

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration (Or equivalent)
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling marketing messages and collaborating with internal teams.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique and effective marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record in marketing roles, with a progressive increase in responsibilities.
- Successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Experience in demonstrating return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
