- Ensure the quality of the weld meets the required specifications and tolerances by pre inspection of all relevant grooves, angles, or gap allowances.
- Use initiative and work without direct supervision however report immediately to line supervisor any equipment, material, project, environmental or health and safety issues that may arise.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your skills, knowledge and ability in the interests of the Company.

**KPI’s**
- Meeting and satisfying Company quality requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.
- Meeting and satisfying Company HSE requirements, standards, procedures, timescales and expectations.

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- Co-operate with Company in compliance with HSE legislation.
- Comply with Company HSE policy and procedures at all times
- Lead by example and promote Company HSE policy and procedures.

**About you**
- Skilled/Semi-skilled/part qualified welders with a solid career in welding.
- Skills in welding both light and heavy gauge material
- Reliable with good time keeping and attendance.

**Salary**: £12.10-£16.49 per hour
