An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time gardener to join the team at Thyme, a beautiful country estate located in the Cotswolds which is home to a thriving business comprising of bedrooms, spa, restaurant, pub, cookery school and gardens.

You will be working within our Hotel Gardens maintaining their pristine appearance.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend watering.

To be considered you will need to have love for the outdoors, a passion for plants, produce, gardens and the natural world.

The work itself is varied;
- Maintaining gardens to include borders, paths, hedges and trees.
- Communicating with guests who express interest in the gardens and occasionally guide tours of the gardens.

Main duties will be;
- Weeding
- Planting
- Pruning
- Leaf clearing
- Watering
- Physically fit and hard working
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be presentable and able to communicate with guests and co-workers
- (Ideally) Have all-round gardening experience and plant knowledge

Please note that Thyme is in a rural location and your own transport is essential.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
