**Location**:Hybrid working with occasional office attendance: Lewisham Town Hall, SLP Hub Office, Catford London SE6

**Pay Rates**:£21.83 per hour

**Shift Patterns**:7.5 hours a week (worked on Thursday/ Friday) can be 1 day or spread across two

HR plays a vital role in bridging the gap between management and healthcare professionals. Many organisations consider HR the link between organisational strategy and front-line people management. You’ll make sure that our colleagues both on the frontline and behind the scenes are fully supported and able to do their jobs.

**You'll find solutions to everyday problems, such as**:

- Act as the go-to person for managers and colleagues on various employment matters.
- Proactively manage complex case work, support senior level recruitment and on-boarding with consideration for our numerous contractual variations (including medical consultants).
- Support managers through processes and ensure policy understanding across 3 Partner Trusts.
- Utilise HR systems and reporting to analyse and support discussions.
- Work with high levels of confidence as the role will be very autonomous.
