**Salary**: Negotiable but from £11.5k once pro-rata'd.

**Hours**: Part Time - 20 hours per week ideally.

We are Scene3D. Since we began in 2018, we’ve become an award winning company and one of the UK’s leading 3D virtual tour providers. A virtual tour is best described as being similar to Google Street View but for the inside of buildings, where a visitor can virtually‘walk’ around a space from their phone, computer, tablet or VR headset. We work with a variety of businesses across a range of sectors such as estate agencies & property developers, office space providers, wedding venues and universities, to name a few.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced person to join our business as a part time office administrator. We’re a small, close team and pride ourselves on having a great culture of working hard to be the best, while fostering innovation and
creativity in our staff.

As an office administrator, you will work closely with our directors and support them in various aspects of their work.

**Your responsibilities as Office Administrator will include**:

- **Communication**:

- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. managing calendars for key personnel and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth scheduling.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- **Financial Administration**:
Assist in basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining financial records.
- **Data Entry and Database Management**:
Entering data into various systems and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the databases.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:
Various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required to support the overall functioning of the organisation.

**Department/Team**:
This role will be the first office administrator.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:
**Work Schedule**:
Flexible but part-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

**Work Arrangement**:
Initially office based but after a period of settling in we’re happy to look at a hybrid role, allowing for both on-site and remote work.

**Reporting Manager**:
The office administrator role will report to Brook Vaughan-Eason, Key Accounts Director.

**Software and Tools**:
Proficiency in Xero, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Apple Mail is preferred.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:
Maintain a general level of awareness regarding the business and client's private information.

**Customer/Client Interaction**:
Responsible for chasing overdue invoices and communicating with clients regarding work arrangements.

**Training/Onboarding**:
In-house training on company systems and processes will be provided.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Starting from £11,500 per annum (pro-rata), with bonuses based on company performance.

**Growth Opportunities**:
The position may progress to a full-time role if desired.

**Company Policies/Procedures**:
Adherence to company systems and processes is required.

April 2024

**Salary**: £8.36-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
