**The Opportunity**: We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Lead to join our team, playing a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. As a Lifestyle Lead, you will be part of a collaborative team, organising and providing a diverse range of activities tailored to residents' interests and needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging activity programs for residents, promoting independence and well-being.
- Build rapport with residents, relatives, and colleagues to understand their preferences and abilities.
- Advertise and promote activities to encourage resident involvement and participation.
- Make a real difference in the lives of others by creating fulfilling experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to compile social care plans based on residents' needs.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to go the extra mile for residents.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
