**Remarketing Manager**

Full time, Permanent
- Through a period of exciting growth, our client is looking for an experienced Remarketing Manager to join their expanding team. As Remarketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the existing buyer portfolio, seeking new buyersand launching a variety of new and exciting products. You will build strong business relationships, delivering excellent customer service whilst maximising sales, profitability and gaining trust._

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

**Salary**: £40,000 + performance benefits

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively build and develop a portfolio of buyers.
- Directly responsible for managing the remarketing of vehicles for clients.
- Deliver and report on sold count, net income and other key deliverables.
- Establish measure and report on KPI’s to identify efficiencies and effectiveness of remarketing activities.
- Develop the multi-channel remarketing operation.
- Effectively negotiate sales pricing on the behalf of clients on all remarketed vehicles.
- Work directly with auctions and buyers to effectively negotiate and obtain optimal results to enhance relations with clients.
- Produce weekly reporting on off-lease inventory and increase visibility to the inventory both internally and externally.
- Periodic travel to buyers and clients to strengthen relationships and enhance service knowledge.

**The person**:

- Extensive work experience in remarketing vehicles on a national level.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and experience of working with UK vehicle buyers.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Data analysis experience.
- Extensive knowledge of auction operations to include experience with remarketing programs.
- Experience of using MS Office programmes.
