Our client is a leading construction company specializing in social housing projects. They are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join their team on a social housing scheme.

**Multi Trader Roles and Responsibilities**
- Undertake a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
- Conduct repairs and renovations in social housing properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

**Multi Trader Requirements**
- Proven experience as a multi trader in the construction industry, preferably within social housing projects.
- Proficiency in a range of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driving license and access to own transportation
