**Site Foreperson (Staines Based)**

**Main Purpose of the Role**:

- Lead site functions according to the agreed program of works, client specifications, and health and safety plans.
- Facilitate liaisons with residents to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
- Ensure work is executed in compliance with client specifications and company safety protocols.
- Attend meetings with residents, conduct satisfaction surveys, and provide management with comprehensive reports.
- Assist in negotiating claims for loss or damage to residents' property.
- Address complaints against the company, handling issues such as delays, workmanship, and conduct.
- Develop and nurture relationships with residents, subcontractors, and clients.
- Driving is essential for the role, requiring applicants to hold a full manual driving license.

**Essential Skills/Knowledge**:

- Background or experience in FRA (Fire doors and fire stopping).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors.
- Effective time management and workload prioritization skills.
- Possession of CSCS Card and driving license.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with pre-decoration repairs.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- First Aid certification (training can be provided).
- IPAF and PASMA certification.

**Package**:

Pay: £43,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
