To ensure that the office is organised and all tasks are completed efficiently. To ensure all interaction with clients, suppliers and other organisations is polite and professional.

**Location**:
Lily Caring Angels Limited, Ground Floor Offices, 3 Hollyrood Street, Chard TA20 2AH

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To be polite, welcoming and professional to any callers to the office.
- Typing, copying, scanning of letters, reports and other documentation.
- Updating and maintaining of records, both in digital and hard copy format.
- Develop effective working relationships with the other employees.
- Support an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
- Participate in the development of Company Policies.
- Responding to questions and requests for information.
- Ensure the tidiness of office and kitchen spaces.
- Participate in the maintenance of management information systems.
- Provide support and assistance to the Management Team.
- Monitor and re-order stationery and consumables.
- Dealing with day-to-day problems as they arise.
- Any other reasonable task that is requested.

- Good communication skills and a sound command of the English language.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic and reliable.

**Human Resources Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the implementation, evaluation, orientation, and induction of all new employees.
- Assist individual staff to develop in their role and level of compliance with agreed standards.
- Support the implementation of The Company’s policies and procedures.
- Support a work atmosphere which promotes a high quality of work life.
- Support and maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
- Monitoring and recording staff holidays.
- Minute taking at office meetings.

Working hours:
37.5 hrs (Monday to Friday)

Qualifications Required:
A good understanding of Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
