AWE are currently recruiting for a Work Co-ordination Centre (WCC) Officer.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Closing Date - 21/08/2023

Package - £28,600 - £33,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

This role will be to support the WCC Specialist/s, Team Leader WCC and the Manager WCC in delivering a flexible, varied and robust support function.

What will you be required to do?- Ensure the correct management, completion and close-out of tasks within agreed timescales- Take an active role in helping implement company policy including participating in change, and review, learn and improve activities- Where required, confirm via appropriate route that all ‘risk control measures’ have been considered and are suitable and sufficient for any given task- Maintain sound working relationships with the team and its customer community- Operate appropriate record keeping systems within the WCC associated with the control of work, inspections, facility status logs, task logs etc- To have and retain an understanding and knowledge of relevant LCs and MSPs appropriate to the WCC function, work coordination and work control- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs- Capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales.- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.- Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to changing situations and the changing needs of others.
