We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people’s homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services. Responsible for
Line management and direct line management of the Patient Safety and Quality Clinical Lead and the Head of Quality Assurance.

Patient Safety and Quality Clinical Lead who will manage the Patient Safety Manager Prevention of Harms Practitioners, Patient Safety Programme Manager (Safety Thermometer) and Administrator - managed by the PS Programme Manager ST.and Head of Quality Assurance.

Financial Responsibility

Responsible for identified budgets and delegated budgets related to the Patient Safety team and Quality Assurance Team and new projects associated with service development. The post holder will authorise payments from budgets and monitor budgets.

Responsible for managing and monitoring the delegated budgets for Patient Safety Team and Quality Assurance Team payroll and associated non-pay costs.
