Applicants are invited for the post of Cavendish Arthroplasty Fellow commencing asap until 1st August 2023.

The Cavendish Fellowship is specifically designed for a Senior Trainee [FRCS (Orth)] who has already resolved to specialise in hip and knee arthroplasty surgery.

This post doesnotattract an NTN but does have SAC approval and is aimed at Specialist Registrars who have neared completion of their training and want fellowship experience in arthroplasty surgery.

The appointment is to commence asap for a fixed term period until 1st August 2023. FRCS(T+O) or equivalent is essential. The post does not award a National Training Number. As this post is not recognised as a ‘training post’, full registration with the GMC with a licence to practise is required, and if the appointee does not hold right of residence in the UK sponsorship will be required.

The Cavendish Hip Fellowship is specifically designed for a Senior Trainee with FRCS (T+O) and who has already resolved to specialise in some aspects of hip surgery.

This post is aimed at Post CCT trainees who want fellowship experience in hip and knee arthroplasty primary and revision surgery.
