The pub has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a large garden and outdoor kitchen perfect for al fresco dining during the summer months. Inside, the pub is cozy and comfortable, with traditional decor and a friendly, welcoming staff.

The menu at The Berwick Inn is a mix of classic British pub fare with a modern gastropub twist. The kitchen team takes pride in using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create delicious, seasonal dishes that showcase the best of the South Downs region. From classic pub favorites like fish and chips and steak and ale pie, to more adventurous dishes like pan-fried duck breast with cherry jus and roasted beetroot, there's something for everyone on the menu.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand correct food ingredient storage procedures.
- Understand correct dish washing procedures and ensure that ware is washed in a timely manner.
- Understand the importance of sanitation.
- Deliver orders to customers.
- Understand the importance of following directions from chefs and kitchen managers.
- Load and unload the dishwasher.
- Understand the importance of being on time to work and follow work schedules.
- Ensure that kitchen has adequate supplies such as utensils, plates, etc.

**Salary**: £8.90-£11.50 per hour
