An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Caretaker to join our team.

20 hours per week

Monday - Friday 9am to 1pm

**Duties include**:

- Cleaning of all blocks
- Liaising with contractors, providing access, showing them round the building etc.
- Litter picking outside of the entrances to each block and weekly full site litter picking
- Reporting site issues found to management
- Liaising with resident's upon requests

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.05 per hour
