HR Adviser

**About the role and our team**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Adviser to provide HR support to various Departments, Boards and Offices. This is a varied role where you will be part of a close team helping to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions, by providing high quality, timely and professional HR advice to managers and staff.

You will provide professional HR support giving coaching, advice and direct support with employee relations matters ensuring best practice and compliance is adhered to.

Ideally you will have a strong HR background however we will need you to have the ability to think on your feet and deal with issues in a professional manner at all levels.
