**Contract and Shift details**:Permanent - Monday - Friday 40hrs per week

We produce around 200tonnes of product a day for animal feed and supplements for the agricultural farm, equine and pet industry. If there is an animal that needs a vitamin or supplementary food support, we make a product that helps.

You will be the production planning at our Fradley Park site as part of a wider team of 7 that support across Fradley and Rugeley. You will have responsibility of planning production for our incoming orders ensuring that production plans meet customer requirements and are planned to ensure we deliver on time and in full, with a right first-time mentality.

Responsibilities include:

- Create production plans using internal bespoke systems and MS Office platforms
- Carry out end of production validation processes to ensure order consumption is accurate
- Maintain batch order housekeeping working with batch administrator
- Use Raw Material reports (RMCR) to support with transferring orders to Rugeley to/from 3rd party warehousing
- Using RMCR organise systems and documentation to support with stock movements
- Carry out and support with stock takes and ad hoc tasks
- Work towards and develop operational KPI’s

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of production planning looking for a hands on role in a small team as part of a bigger organisation, this role has a proven history for development into new opportunities and roles within Premier Nutrition and wider AB Agri/ABF.

To be successful we are looking for some of the flowing knowledge, skills and experience:

- Previous experience of production planning
- Good knowledge of MS packages such as Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Ability to learn bespoke IT systems such as ordering processing software or stock management

Our raw materials are made up of ingredients that include vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other technical compositions so you will need to have the ability to understand technical recipes and multiple variations of ingredients and the impact those factors can have on production including cross contamination and medicated feed production.

**Location**

For this role we are looking for someone to be based at our Fradley Park site ideally 5 days a week. There may be requirements to travel between Fradley and Rugeley as well as cover the occasional weekend and bank holiday.
