As Chemical Plant Operator, you will be responsible performing a variety of warehousing duties. Must have have a good safety awareness and like to work in a yard environment.
As a Chemical Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing paperwork on incoming materials and document damages and shortages
- Loading and unloading tank trucks
- Performing calculations to convert pounds and gallons, maintaining order documentation and verifying shipping orders.
- Learning to work with pressurized rail cars and tank trucks,
- Acquiring skills to load and unload chemicals weighing from 40-36,000 pounds which require special handling
- Loading and unloading rail cars and relevant paperwork for spotting and release of cars.
- Have a HSE awareness and adhering to Baker Hughes safety policy
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Ability to maintain forklift license
- Have ability to read and interpret written instructions and to write intelligible reports
- have knowledge of plant lay out including location of finished products and raw materials.
- have knowledge of paperwork flow for shipping and receiving documents.
- Have High School Diploma or equivalent with previous warehousing experience
