**Position Overview: Salon Stylist**

As a Salon Stylist at Vital Salon, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, skill, and passion for Hair. You will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment where excellence is not just encouraged but expected. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of hair services to clients, including haircuts, styling, colouring, and more.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Contribute to the positive atmosphere of the salon by embodying our core values.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum NVQ level 2
- Proven experience in providing salon services.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A passion for hair and a commitment to staying current in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taunton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- stylist: 2 years (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
