Impact Recruitment are recruiting for our FSTE100 client HOWDENS, the UK’s number 1 trade kitchen supplier, who are currently ranked within #25 in the best employers to work for in the UK - according to best companies live.

We are seeking a number of Warehouse Pickers / Banders and Pickers to join the Impact / Howdens team based in Raunds, NN9 6RJ for a short term project with potential for ongoing work.

**VARIOUS SHIFTS & PAY RATES AVAILABLE**:
**ROTATING SHIFT**

Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm paying **£13.84/hour **(12.25/hour basic plus £1.59 /hour fixed bonus) rising to **£17.09/hour** after 12 weeks

(£15.50/hour plus £1.59/hour fixed bonus)

**NIGHT SHIFT**

Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am paying **£14.45/hour ** rising to (12.89/hour basic plus £1.59 /hour fixed bonus) rising to **£17.96/hour** after 12 weeks

(£16.37/hour plus £1.59/hour fixed bonus)

- 2-week Christmas closure.
- Have previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Continuously work in a safe manner to adhere to health and safety rules.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Carry out all necessary MHE checks.
- Use manual handling to safely pick and stack products.
- Perform housekeeping duties to ensure high hygiene levels for all shifts.
- Working additional hours/shifts when the company requires.

**To be successful in this role you must**:

- Have experience within a similar role and environment (Full training provided)
- Be able and willing to undertake some heavy lifting.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be able to work in shift patterns.
- Be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Be willing to undertake other work duties when required.
- Be able to communicate clearly with all colleagues and Managers.

Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Thrapston, Rushden, Oundle and Bedford.
