**Hours**:Full-Time / Permanent

**Salary**:£25,000 - 35,000 Dependant On Experience & Bonus Scheme

**What will my role look like?**

The FP&A Assistant is responsible for supporting business planning processes including annual budget, weekly rolling forecasting and long term planning, including consolidation of the group position. In addition supporting the delivery of regular and insightfulreporting at a group level for both Executive and Board, ensuring the accuracy of group numbers and efficiency of process is delivered. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning, this role is suited to someone with Finance experience that is looking fora career in FP&A/ Commercial Finance and has a "can do" attitude.

**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Support business planning processes including consolidation of country submissions into one consolidated position.
- Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Executive & Board Reporting including support and challenge of results.
- Maintain financial models, long term forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decision.
- Support forecasting processes, including with Treasury & Fixed Asset Teams on Cash Flow and working capital and Capex Planning that are accurate and efficient to produce and track against. Forecast accuracy to be measured as team KPI.
- Work with Commercial Finance Teams to get process consistency and standardization across teams and share best practice.
- Support on implementation of SAP Planning tool.
- Continually review published FP&A best practice to support the evolution of EG FP&A.

- Studying or desire to study (CIMA/ACA/ACCA), Finance experience is essential.
- Natural business and commercial acumen.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable communicating to stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment.
- Ability to multitask, and meet deadlines on a timely basis.
- Self-starter with a continual improvement attitude.
- Creativity, flexibility and an entrepreneurial mindset to the solution of business issues.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills; Advanced Excel, BI Tool and SAP Experience are desirable.
