**Rapid Response Care Worker**

We have a new opportunity to work as a Rapid Response Care Worker from our branch based in Skipton.

**Shift Details**: Full time hours.
- 7 am - 2 pm (paid for full shift)
- 4 pm - 10 pm (paid for full shift)
- 3 days on, 4 days off shift pattern

£12.00 per hour weekdays and £12.50 per hour weekend (pending pay award)

45p per mile petrol allowance

*Pool car available *

The role will provide cover for existing service provision when staff are absent or taking a well-deserved break, or to attend emergency care visits in the community to assist with people settling in at home from hospital. Providing support to our clients as and when required.

As each day is varied, you’ll need to think on your feet, as you fill in for the regular teams, delivering the same high standard of care.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration
- Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met
- Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment
- Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being
