Timber Frame Erector

As a Timber Frame Erector, your main responsibilities will be
- working alongside a crane.(slinger/signalar, crane supervisor cards will benefit your position)
- Operating power tools effectively and safely during the construction process.
- The knowledge of how to read and understand drawings
- Utilizing carpentry skills to cut, shape, and install timber components
- Engaging in light weight lifting activities to move timber pieces and other materials.(heavy lifting is done with the crane)
- Assembling timber frames according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Competence in using various power tools commonly used in construction.
- Roofing skills
- Strong carpentry skills including cutting and installing timber components.
- Capability to fabricate additional components required for timber frame construction.
- Comfort with heavy lifting tasks involved in construction work.
- Skill in accurately assembling timber frames based on project requirements.
- Cscs card required to get on site.
- on a self employed basis

- Timber Frame construction: 10 years (required)
- Carpentry: 10 years (required)

- Saltash: Relocate before starting work (required)
