Cavity Wall Installer

Efficient Homes are a well-established ECO company looking for installers to work across the North East of England, we are looking for two members to join the team and must be motivated and prepared to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in Cavity Wall Insulation is preferred, however, full training and support will be given for the right people.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
- Carry out the removal of cavity wall insulation/installation of cavity wall insulation to an extremely high standard.
- Ensure drilling patterns are correct for the type of property and survey.
- All quality checks are completed for each job.
- Ensure the working site is set up safely/correctly.
- Liaising with customers, full explaining what the installation will involve and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Check all equipment i.e. ladders, harnesses are fit for use.
- Ensure vehicle is fit for use/carry out daily vehicle checks.
- All paperwork is completed fully per job.

- Must have the drive to ensure that H&S and Quality legalities and standards are maintained and where possible improved, through strict adherence to internal and external policies, procedures and standards.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required) no more than 3 points.

Work Location: On the road, all North-East based work.

**Salary**: £34,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
