**Who are we?**

You will join a small friendly team whose main focus is customer service and to ensure that our customers receive a high level of warranty and service support for their Lincat equipment.

You will be the first point of contact to our customers when something may have gone wrong with their equipment, you’ll be listening to what they have to say then helping them with the right information. Every call is different so one minute you could be dealing with an invoice query and the next could be a break down on a combi oven and then supporting our field engineers. So if you’re a good listener with attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks at once then this could be the role for you.

Don’t worry if this is not something you have done before, we’re interested in what you can bring to the role. In return we will provide you with all the tools needed to confidently deal with customer’s queries and ensure the right outcome for both the customer and Lincat.

With the industry we are in our service is vital to our customers so we need to be around when they need us. You’ll be working shifts totalling 37.5 Hours over two shifts both Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 4:30pm & 09:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed bank holidays & weekends but we do have the option of being a point of call on these days which we incentivise with a generous standby payment.

**What we’re looking for**

We want someone who’s keen to make a positive difference to our customers. Your character, positivity and a caring attitude are the things we’re looking for. It’s great if you have some kind of customer focused experience such as retail, hospitality, sales or similar. But even if you haven’t, we can help you with this. It’s a fast-paced environment so you’ll need to be comfortable in resolving one query and then moving quickly onto the next.

**How we’ll reward and care for you in return**
- A starting salary of £21,600 with the option of the on call weekend call allowance this could be an additional £2,500 per year.
