Bar Supervisor (£11 - £12/hour plus other benefits)

**Duties**:

- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including stock ordering, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in bartending or bar management roles.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Experience in a hotel setting is a plus.
