You will take responsibility for a portfolio of projects to support the University research strategy and the delivery and continuous improvements of our services. You will have relevant experience and success in a similar role. With excellent communication skills, you will be a positive and proactive problem solver and able to manage often-conflicting priorities at the same time. You will be a strong team player, professional, clear thinking under pressure and be dynamic in your approach. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships across the projects will be essential together with proven project management skills. A PRINCE2 Practitioner or traditional project management qualification is desirable but not essential.

Research and Innovation Services (RIS) support academic and research staff fulfil their research and enterprise objectives by providing expert advice and assistance in research funding, bid support and management, collaborations with industry and other strategic partners as well as the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property.
