We are a leading insurance brokerage firm based in Cheshire on the edge of the Wirral seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Handler to join our team. As an Account Handler, you will be primarily responsible for handling new business quotations but also assisting in managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure their continued satisfaction.
The role will cover both Commercial & Personal Lines Products.
Your role will involve liaising with clients to understand their insurance requirements, negotiating with underwriters to obtain the best cover, and handling all aspects of the policy renewal process. You will also be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on risk management and insurance-related matters, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

**HOURS**:37 hours week:
Standard day: 9:00am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on Friday)
**LOCATION**:
Hybrid Remote - up to 3 days per week office based, remainder home based.
**Experience**: Ideally minimum of 2-3 years insurance broking experience and ideally previously dealt with the above products.
**Bonus**: Part of a generous uncapped bonus scheme.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
