Friendly Barista/ Team Leader

For 20 years Snax has been an extremly busy cafe and catering business. Located just behind Belfast City Hall we are looking for a new team leader. We need someone with lots of barista experience, who is capable of working at a very fast speed and who wants to develop their skills.

We can offer
- fixed hours - Monday to Friday with a 4pm finish
- oppertunity to study NVQs in team leading and supervision, in house and paid for by the employer. (if interested)
- opportunity to join a great team in a thriving, established, independent café.
- wages paid weekly ( or monthly if perfered)
- off all public / bank holidays

You duties will include:

- Being the main till server Front of house
- Supporting the barista
- Supporting the supervisor
- Ensuring an excellent level of customer care
- Ensuring counter food is properly displayed
- Providing a friendly service and getting to know our regulars
- Making coffees and serving breakfast items to customers
- Ensuring all procedures are being followed by your team
- Posting on social media
- Sopportinf the supervisor and taking on her duties in her absence.

We are looking for:

- full barista training
- some food prep experience
- 3 years experience in customer service
- Someone who likes a fast paced environment
- well presented with a positive can do attitude
- good references and reliable work history
- A clean worker who will keep on an organised work environment.

Team leading experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided

**Salary**: £11-£11.75 per hour (plus tips)

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
