Due to several internal promotions, they now have an opportunity for a Case Manager to join their team working at prime location offices in the heart of Liverpool Street with high-level views.
The most exciting thing about this is that you do not need previous experience in this field, as full training will be provided to someone. The key for them is someone with the right attitude that want to be a part of their great company culture and grow withthe business.
**The Role**
The CM role is a very important one and covers a wide range of responsibilities. A broker’s and a borrower’s experience with the firm is going to be directly determined by the quality of the Case Manager on their case.
The most important features of the role are:

- Broker liaison and Communication
- Reviewing files received from New Business for accuracy and completeness
- Administration tasks
- Supporting Underwriters
- Driving the case forward
- Disciplined follow up and case management
