Trainee Teaching Assistant required in Swindon URGENT IMMEDIATE STARTS NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

Are you looking to become a Teaching Assistant in a Secondary school in Swindon starting in January 2023?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for dedicated and flexible individuals who are considering a career as a Teaching Assistant to join us and train to become a Teaching Assistant and work in a Secondary School in Swindon starting in November TheseTrainee Teaching Assistant positions are to work with students aged between 11 & 16 with SEN and behavioural difficulties on a 121 basis and provide general pastoral support. This new build secondary school in Swindon is looking for Trainee Teaching Assistantswho can get stuck in, support the students and the class teacher and also have the ability to build relationships with parents and other professionals. You will be confident, enthusiastic, friendly, a great communicator and be educated to GCSE level with gradesof 9 - 4 (A-C) in English and in Maths. The rate of pay is £70 per day starting in immediately and in January Monday to Friday from 08.30am - 3.30pm every day. We will consider part time.

Previous experience of working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential. What is essential is that you are energetic, enthusiastic, engaging, fun,a great communicator, have a genuine interest in working with children and young people, and are committed to learning how to become an excellent teaching assistant

- Have experience working with young people aged 11-14 (preferable but not essential if you have the right attitude and personality).
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
