**Hours: 7pm - 7am (4 days on, 4 days off)**

**Hourly rate: £11.55 per hour**

**Role Summary**

Here at Seashell we provide care and education for children and young people (up to 25 years old) with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairment and communication disorders and autism.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our Reception team, leading them to deliver an exceptional initial Seashell experience to all internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**
- Welcome visitors to site in a helpful, friendly and polite manner
- Provide clear and accurate directional information to help people find their destination or parking area
- Escort visitors to their destination as appropriate
- Help to provide information about Seashell Trust and its activities to visitors
- Help to keep the environment clean and tidy

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Shift pattern**
- 7pm - 7am (4 days on, 4 days off)
