**Job purpose**:
As Breakfast F&B Supervisor you will be in charge of the organisation of breakfast and lunch to efficiently manage and direct the team on duty. You will ensure that the restaurant is prepared on time for our guests and ensure that customer satisfaction is exceeded. It is also essential that the Restaurant is left organised, clean and set up for dinner service in accordance with the Jockey Club SOP. You may also be tasked to look after any Conferences or Events that take place during the day and undertake any required setup.

**Main duties**:

- To bridge the operational gap between the C&B operation, Bars and Restaurant to ensure a smooth F&B operation at all times.
- Monitor standards by engaging with guests to ensure a high level of service is maintained across the department.
- To have a ‘hands on’ approach to the needs of the business to deliver excellent customer service.
- Deliver on the job coaching to individuals within our F&B team to ensure they are trained to the required standard.
- Effectively managing the inventory of the F&B department ensuring the correct equipment is in place for the department to be fully operational.
- Ensure compliance to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Licensing laws.

**Additional duties**:

- To promote teamwork within your own department and with other departments within the hotel.
- Discipline of personnel when required.
- Assist senior management with handling guest feedback.
- Undertake any duties outlined by senior management.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Being fully prepared before each service to deliver a seamless operation.
- Ensuring the F&B team adheres to the Standards of Appearance policy at all times when on shift.
- Ensure that all issues are identified and resolved where appropriate prior the guest leaving, if not these must be passed onto the senior management team.
- After shift ensuring the department is left ready for the next days business by completing clear-down, setup and monitoring of the staff roster.
- **Full Time Permanent Contract (40 hours), 5 days over 7**_

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
