**Key Responsibilities**
- Quality checking all sales prior to processing to ensure the sale has been agreed and confirmed with the customer.
- Processing sales for UK & IE.
- Processing BackOffice requests.
- Sending reminder letters.
- Creating daily log details for CRM/NB
- Contact setups

**Essential Skills**
- Systems knowledge (Dynamics & BackOffice) is advantageous
- Working knowledge of packages, products and prices
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to take initiative
- Ability to work well as part of team
- Good at listening to and following instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Self-driven, a strong determination to success and exceed their best
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and thorough work approach
- Good prioritisation skills
- Understand of Office packages
