**To independently run diabetic eye screening clinics on behalf of the Cheshire Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. The aim of the Cheshire DESP is to reduce the risk of sight loss amongst people with diabetes by inviting all eligible people for screening to ensure the early detection and appropriate monitoring and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
