**Your new company**
Hays Business Support are recruiting on behalf of their established and exclusive client for a permanent Sales Administrator to join their small & growing team based just outside Dunfermline. This role offers an excellent salary of £22,000 - £25,000 dependingon experience + potential for monthly bonus. This role is working full time in the office.
**Your new role**
Working as part of a team, you will answer all phone calls in relation to sales orders & enquiries. You will process sales orders through the system, upselling where appropriate. You will deal with customer enquiries & complaints and deal with technical issues.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an experienced Administrator with exceptional customer service skills. You will ideally have had experience in, processing sales orders, however this is not essential. You will be an excellent communicator, possess strong IT skills and be happyworking with numbers as you will deal with technical enquiries at times.
