Warehouse Operative

This is a rapidly growing market and, after substantial and sustained growth, we are looking to recruit an additional Warehouse Operator.

**Role Objectives**

Assist with all aspects of warehouse work; including, but not limited to; cutting orders, occasionally cutting and preparing samples, loading and unloading containers, picking and packing, receipt and dispatch.

Occasionally you will be required to deliver orders in one of our Vans

**Key Responsibilities**
- Using our cutting machine to prepare orders
- Assist with the safe storage of goods in the warehouse
- Receipt & Dispatch of goods
- Safe loading / unloading of containers and deliveries
- Compliance with working time directive
- Compliance with Safe Systems of Work and Health and Safety legislation.
- Cutting and preparing samples for sales team to send to customers
- Ensuring the warehouse area is clean and tidy

**Requirements**:

- Full Driving Licence, (maximum 3 points)
- Able to lift and carry, (load and un-load vehicles) safely
- Able to read road maps
- Forklift Experience desirable

Hours will typically be 8:30-5:00 - flexibility to working hours will be required and overtime will be available during our peak season.
