**Senior Finance Business Partner - Reading - £45,000 - £52,000 - Hybrid - Bonus & Car Allowance - ACCA/ACA/CIMA**

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a key client of ours in the Reading area with their recruitment of a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their large established FP&A team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading, globally renowned business with excellent progression opportunities up to Head Of / Director level roles.

**The Senior Finance Business Partner role includes the following duties**:

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts and provide clear visibility of the financial health of the business.
- Highlight and minimise key business risks through understanding of balance sheet position.
- Understand and challenge current business practices and implement process improvements.
- Business partner effectively with operational managers and provide support with cost control and cost management of various contract costs.
- Work closely with senior management teams to provide high quality insight and drive business performance.
- Develop and report KPI's that are vital to the overall business.
- Provide forward-looking insight using past experience, incorporating financial and business acumen.
- Conduct contract profitability analysis and provide insight to operational teams on the potential risks and opportunities.
- Management of a Finance Business Partner and assist in their professional development.
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous business partnering experience
- Prior experience in working within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior level stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to break down complex financial data
