(2 year Fixed Term)**

Have you recently graduated with a 2:1 (or projected for 2023) or above and have an interest in travel or Aviation?

**What is the Programme?**

**Its**for 2 years and will broaden your IT skills working in a diverse and fast paced IT function.. It will help you to understand more about running our Airport. Tailored to suit. You will be able to give your best and to redefine what'spossible.You will be involved in live projects that deliver what matters. Part of the programme will include a leadership development module with the other graduates and a dedicated coach (a senior leader from the business) who will help to build resiliencein the workplace.
- Working across IT teams you will experience a range of roles.
- Develop your skills in business analysis, test management, project management, innovation and customer service.
- Learn about trends in the IT sector and how they impact on aviation.
- Experience a wide range of technologies and work with them to deliver real business solutions with a view
- Become an accomplished leader in IT.

**Do you have what we're looking for?**
- Minimum 2:1 degree (or projected for 2023) from the past 2 years
- Logical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Highly numerate, with an understanding of Data analysis
- Ability to prioritise and work at pace
- Ability to build good relationships and influence across the Airport

**Selection Process**
- Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful
- If successful a virtual 1st stage screening call
**An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport.
