Tops Days Nursery in **Southsea **is seeking a **Nursery Housekeeper** to join our team, working on a full-time capacity. This is a fun, exciting nursery situated just outside of the city centre.

The 60 place nursery is located within central Southsea. **Duties**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

**Minimum requirement**:

- Have proven experience in a similar role
- Able to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the setting at all times
- Be able to identify any needs/and or issues around the nursery
- Need a clear and valid DBS - oversee applicants will need a clear and valid certificate of good conduct
