Recruitment Index are proud to represent our St Albans based client, in the search for an experienced, self-motivated finance professional to join their friendly team on an interim basis over the next 6-9 months. The position will provide key support to the Director of Finance in analysing the organisations financial performance and position.

**Job Title**: Finance Business Partner

**Salary**: £57,000

**Location**: St Albans

**Contract**: Interim 6 -9 month contract, full-time

**What you’ll be doing**:
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, positive who can make an immediate impact.

Duties include;
- Responsible for production of monthly management reports for purposes of budgetary control in terms of income, pay and non-pay expenditure.
- Prepare, review and moderate the budgeting and year-end processes; and assisting in the preparation of related reporting analysis forming a part of year end accounts.
- Support the introduction of a new Finance System.
- Work closely with the MIS team to produce reports and analysis
- Support all departments with regular reviews of financial performance

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar finance role
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA)
- Intermediate/advanced use of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience of provision of management information and financial support to senior management and budget holders.
- Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong systems and IT skills
- High level of personal integrity and confidentiality

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £57,000.00 per year
