Traffic Marshall

**Duties**:

- Direct and control traffic flow in construction areas or other busy locations
- Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by implementing traffic management plans
- Use hand signals, flags, and other signaling devices to guide drivers
- Communicate with construction workers, drivers, and pedestrians to provide instructions and information
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or violations to the appropriate authorities
- Assist with utility locating and marking to prevent damage during construction projects
- Operate equipment such as Caterpillar vehicles as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with traffic control procedures and regulations
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide clear instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment

Contract length: 12 months
