Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team on a temporary basis. As a General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing faulty electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary
- Provide leadership and guidance to other maintenance staff members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, etc.
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage maintenance staff when required
- Excellent leadership skills to guide the maintenance team effectively
- Strong customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £10.14-£12.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
