Busby & Fox is an independent fashion business based in the SouthWest. We’re proud to be a business that’s small enough to focus entirely on what matters to our customers, yet big enough to design our own fashion collection with those women front of mind. With a headquarters in Dartington (near Totnes) and seven beautiful stores, our team is made up of more than 50 brilliant people who put gorgeous, confidence inspiring clothes and exceptional customer experience at the heart of everything they do.

The ingenious thing about Busby & Fox is that you’ll find you’ve styled a great look without even trying. The unique way that we work with colour, shape and fabric means everything goes with everything else - day to night, winter to summer, year to year. Plus, we know all the clever tricks, cuts and details that make every piece complement our bodies and feel just right.
When we sit down to design a new style, it’s where we start. All because we understand the beauty of dressing in a way that makes our customers feel comfortable and confident.
While the business is over 10 years old, we’ve been designing our own clothes for three years now, dressed thousands of women and listened to stories about their lives and their experiences with fashion, which gives us an understanding that shapes every new style we create.
You’ll find our collection in stores across Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, as well as online.
**About the opportunity**
This role is all about showing and telling the magic of dressing with Busby & Fox through photography and video for our website, marketing and social media. It means you’ll be producing and editing all visual media, acting as the guardian and arbiter of quality and style for all photographic and video content, and creating perfect harmony between our commercial activities, wider business goals, creative ideas and brand look-and-feel.
You’ll be a talented creative with super organisational and project planning skills; as much as this role is about producing beautiful and effective work, it’s about delivering it on cue, on time and on brief.
