Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects Advisory team helps organisations resolve complex issues across capital-intensive sectors, with a focus on infrastructure and capital projects. We are at the heart of our client’s most important issues, bringing the knowledge and insight they need to be successful, right across the project life cycle. Working across a range of infrastructure and construction sectors, our talented team combines deep industry experience with practical know-how, bringing bright ideas and the right expertise to our clients. The team is part of our wider Global Construction Disputes & Advisory practice, which consists of over 200 highly experienced capital project specialists, located all over the world.

The Role

We are looking for an individual to join our London-based team. We are a small team that is growing quickly, and you’ll play an integral part in that growth. You’ll work as part of a team, delivering client engagements with considerable direct contact with our clients. The role involves:
- Supporting the delivery of client engagements across the full spectrum of services offered by the project advisory team. This includes developing strategies to help clients set up major projects, understand and transform performance, turn around projects in distress and provide strategic advice and insight in relation to high-stakes issues.- Building and sustaining trusted, lasting relationships with clients and industry contacts.- Participating in business development and marketing activity to support the development of new opportunities and to raise the market profile of the practice.- Collaborating with other business groups across the firm to support the development and delivery of cross-firm opportunities and engagements.- Supporting the growth and the development of the team, coaching, and mentoring earlier-in-career team members.- Identifying and supporting the development of new service propositions.

**Requirements**:
- An undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in an engineering field and Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) status.- Industry experience managing projects within large, complex infrastructure and civil engineering programmes.- Experience of developing and leading teams to deliver projects and solutions- An ability to communicate with impact, verbally and in writing, to senior stakeholders.- Strong commercial acumen.- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.- Technological proficiency and a track record of innovation.- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.- A high level of self-awareness, ability to collaborate and work in a team and build lasting relationships.-
