Two Magpies Bakery is a family run small group of cafes now branching across Suffolk & Norfolk. We are currently developing a new production unit and looking to build on our already great team. We are looking for a Baker team leader to join our small team.

You will have a 'can do' attitude and maintain a cool head at peak times. Naturally, we have busier periods than others so you would be required to self manage and motivate the team to prep for those periods accordingly. On night shifts, you will have to work in an organised manner to get the volume ready in time for our drivers to leave to deliver product to site.

Outside of the day to day operations there are opportunities to work with the senior team on product development to keep our range as seasonal and interesting as possible. Being innovative & forth coming with ideas and trials is crucial.

We are currently operating our night shifts from 8pm but some flexibility in this required in order to cover holidays and training needs of the team.

45 hours over 5 days. 2 consecutive days off provided. 8pm - 5am.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
